With just five days before the top ranked Alabama Crimson Tide plays No. 3 Florida State Seminoles, the Crimson Tide was forced to move indoors with threat of rain.
Practice Notes:
- Raekwon Davis was missing from the viewing section of practice after Sunday’s incident. In his press conference today, head coach Nick Saban said that Davis was day-to-day.
- Running backs, led by Damien Harris and Bo Scarbrough, worked on ball security. In the drill the back would hold two balls while being hit a pair of pads.
- Defensive backs worked on open field tackling.Â
- Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll worked with quarterbacks as they went through progression drills.
- Wide receivers, led by Calvin Ridley, worked on footwork drills. The receiver had to weave his way through obstacles and catch a pass at the end.
